Low profile load cell force sensors are made to a minimal height to measure tension, compression and universal forces. Can also be used in weighing applications. Most have high side-load rejection capabilities. Every solution can be customized to suit your needs however, have a lot of options listed in the data sheets including mV or amplified outputs, integral connectors or cable glands, compensated temperature ranges with optional additions of tension pull plates or load buttons.
