    The Dual Axis Inclinometer is well suited for test and measurement purposes.  Its key features are: A fast response time, good accuracy and high resolution.  It features digital signal processing including temperature compensation for optomal performance. The integrated filter improves performance and allows use of the sensor in noisy environments (e.g. vibrations).

    DOG2 Mems Series Inclinometer

    The Dual Axis Inclinometer is mainly developed with focus on platform leveling, dynamic engine management, tip-over protection and tilt alarm.

    A fast response time and good accuracy makes this device the ideal choice for mobile leveling applications.     AAL-Series Inclinometer

    The AAL-Series conductive inclination sensor offers a fully calibrated inclination sensor module on a PCB. The sensor provides voltage output depending on the inclination angle and related to the specific axis, as well as a voltage based temperature output signal. An optional integrated e2-prom contains data on the characteristic curve resp. calibration data. This allows for a high integration into a specific application with excellent performance regarding accuracy and long-term stability.

    Electronic Clinometer

    The AngleStar® Electronic Clinometer is an angle measurement device that produces a DC voltage output signal proportional to the level and direction of angular displacement. The sensing element, which is fluid filled, produces a variable resistance as it is tilted in the sensitive axis. This change in resistance is then translated into a smooth DC output signal.

    AccuStar IP66

    The AccuStar® IP-66 is a 4 to 20mA loop powered clinometer specifically designed for industrial and outdoor applications. Rated to IP-66, the rugged die-cast, powder coated aluminum housing provides protection in the most hostile environments. 

    The heart of the system is our patented, capacitance-based tilt sensor with no moving parts.  When rotated about its sensitive axis, this unique sensor provides an exceedingly linear variation in capacitance, which is then electronically converted into 4 to 20mA and VDC analog outputs proportional to the angular position. 

    The AccuStar® IP-66 may be operated as either a 2-wire loop powered angle transmitter, or a 4-wire analog output tilt sensor. Mounting features integrated into the die cast housing, make installation onto any vertical surface easy.

    DPL/DPN Series

    The DPL/DPN-Series is modern SMD technology based small board-level dual axis inclinometer applying conductive technology. A high-speed microcontroller implements linearization and temperature compensation routines, thus providing excellent accuracy over the full operating temperature range. The DPL / DPN series inclinometer is available with both fully compensated digital output TTL/RS 232 and/or analogue voltage output 0.3 to 4.7V.
    A programmable digital software filter allows the reduction of shock- and vibration influences during operation for optimal measurement results.

    DQG Series

    The DQG-Series is a small inclinometer based on dual axis tilt sensor for horizontal mounting, which works based on the conductivity principle. This microprocessor controls the inclinometer with a linearized and temperature compensated angle output signal. The unit has metal housing and exhibits an 8…30VDC power supply.

    G-Series Inclinometer

    The G-Series consist of a single axis conductive tilt sensor on a modern technology in environmentally protected and robust aluminum housing. The fast microcontroller works with a linearization and temperature compensation routines. This fully calibrated inclinometer offers a switch output signals. The inclination switch enables the angle of inclination of objects such as appliances, machines or motor vehicles to be monitored and emits an alarm signal when the angle is exceeded. The switch threshold can be set symmetrically by the customer in a range of +/-10°.

    Anglestar protractor System (APS)

    The AngleStar® Protractor System (APS) is a ready to use, stand-alone system for angle measurements. The system incorporates an AngleStar® ratiometric electronic clinometer, a digital LCD display, and a four foot interconnecting cable (cable lengths up to 200 feet are available, consult factory for details).

    This system will operate for 500 hours on one 9 volt battery (not included), or may be powered from an external power source between +9 and +15 VDC, drawing minimal current. The display may be mounted up to 200 feet from the sensor for remote sensing applications such as drilling equipment or tower crane overload protection.

    There are three systems to choose from; ±19.99 degrees with 0.01 degree resolution, ±45° or 0-90°, both having 0.1 degree resolution.
