The AccuStar® Electronic Clinometer is an extremely accurate angle measurement device. This compact and rugged sensor is ideal where space is critical and environmental conditions are serious design concerns. The heart of the system is a patented, capacitance-based sensor with no moving parts. When rotated about its sensitive axis, this unique sensor provides an exceedingly linear variation in capacitance, which is electronically converted into angular data. The sensor and low-power CMOS electronics are encased in a rugged plastic housing ready to install as a system component or as a stand-alone device.
The AccuStar® IP-66 is designed for rugged industrial and outdoor applications. The die-cast, powder coated aluminum housing is suitable for the most hostile environments. Multiple input / output configurations provide for ease of implementation into your application. When utilizing the 0.5 to 4.5 volt dc. output, the AccuStar® IP-66 may be operated on a standard automotive 12-Volt dc. electrical supply. The water tight enclosure is suitable for use in tower crane and marine applications, under all weather conditions. The 4 to 20 mA current output signal is ideal for machine control
applications requiring long cable runs and provides for excellent noise immunity.
The G-Series consist of a single axis conductive tilt sensor on a modern technology in environmentally protected and robust aluminum housing. The fast microcontroller works with a linearization and temperature compensation routines. This fully calibrated inclinometer offers a switch output signals. The inclination switch enables the angle of inclination of objects such as appliances, machines
or motor vehicles to be monitored and emits an alarm signal when the angle is exceeded. The switch threshold can be set symmetrically by the customer in a range of +/-10°.
The P-Series of conductive inclinometers offers modern technology in an environmentally protected and robust aluminium housing in IP class 65. The inclinometer achieves high accuracy over a wide temperature range. All P-type inclinometers are microprocessor controlled transducers capable of producing a linearized RS-232 digital and analog voltage +/-1.5V or current output 4…20 mA signal. The inclinometers are an ideal choice for a variety of industrial, automotive and aerospace applications.
The V-Series of conductive single or dual axis inclinometers offers a modern electronic in an environmentally protected and robust aluminium anodizing housing. This fully calibrated inclinometer is available with an analogue voltage output signals or current output signal.
The DPL/DPN-Series is modern SMD technology based small board-level dual axis inclinometer applying conductive technology. A high-speed microcontroller implements linearization and temperature compensation routines, thus providing excellent accuracy over the full operating temperature range. The DPL / DPN series inclinometer is available with both fully compensated digital output TTL/RS 232 and/or analogue voltage output 0.3 to 4.7V. A programmable digital software filter allows the reduction of shock- and vibration influences during operation for optimal measurement results.
The DQG-Series is a small inclinometer based on dual axis tilt sensor for horizontal mounting, which works based on the conductivity principle. This microprocessor controls the inclinometer with a linearized and temperature compensated angle output signal. The unit has metal housing and exhibits an 8…30VDC power supply.
The DPG-Series dual axis conductive inclinometer in aluminum housing offers the user modern microprocessor technology with an integrated active linearization and temperature compensation. This inclinometer is full calibrated, easy to horizontal mount and absolute plug and play compatible.
The AAL-Series conductive inclination sensor offers a fully calibrated inclination sensor module on a PCB. The sensor provides voltage output depending on the inclination angle and related to the specific axis, as well as a voltage based temperature output signal. An optional integrated e2-prom contains data on the characteristic curve resp. calibration data. This allows for a high integration into a specific application with excellent performance regarding accuracy and long-term stability.
