ESAM TRAVELLER 1 is a high-performance digital data acquisition system for amplifying and conditioning of analogue sensor signals. The Master Unit represents the heart of the system. In a very small cabinet it contains: The power supply, the USB-Interface with a RAM-data buffer, the A/D-Converter as well as 8 modules of Model SGA3 strain gauge bridge amplifiers. The system can easily be extended up to a 32 channels capacity by simply adding max. 3 Extension Units with 8 channels each of Model SGA3 strain gauge bridge amplifiers.
The e.bloxx series is designed for industrial and experimental test systems requiring precise high speed measurement of electrical, thermal and mechanical quantities in engine and component test beds.
Sample rates up to 1000 Hz andresolutions up to 19 bit are possible depending on the module and signaltype used. Standardized communication protocols (Profibus-DP andModbus-RTU) allow the e.bloxx family to work with a wide variety ofapplication hardware and software.
With the addition of an e.gate the data throughput and connectivity options increase dramatically. The e.gate is a data concentrator and communication gateway, with 100 Mbps Ethernet and 12 Mbps Profibus-DP ports standard.
The e.rack slimline is a low profile rack mount design, and easily connects to the wide variety of field devices used in today's test beds. Sample rates up to 1000Hz and resolutions up to 19bit are possible depending on the unit and signal type used.

The 4318 amplifier is a straightforward digital set-up analogue amplifier that offer high performance and great versatility. The amplifier is addressable and can be ganged together in up to 16 units.
The Calog- Loadcell Calibrator is ideal for testing 4 and 6 wire loadcells, checking insulation breakdown, weighing system calibration and simulation.
It can test a loadcells' zero balance, input resistance, output resistance, bridge balance, 50V DC insulation test from bridge to shield, bridge to housing and shield to housing.
The Calog- Loadcell Calibrator is a hand-held precision calibrator specifically designed for load cell testing, including insulation breakdown and weighing system calibration or simulation. Simply connect a strain-gauge load cell to the spring terminals and press "TEST LOADCELL". The backlit graphics will display four or six wire, zero balance, input or output resistance and bridge balance. It can then carry out a 50 VDC insulation test form bridge to shield, bridge to housing and shield to housing.
For system testing and calibration the Calog- Loadcell Calibrator can simultaneously measure mV (with mass display), excitation voltage and mA. In source mode, used for load cell amplifier pre-calibration testing, it can source mV (with mass display), measure excitation and measure mA. In simulate mode it sources a mA signal to the control room or SCADA. The display can be in mA, mA and mass or mass and mA.
