P700

P700 series pressure transducers are designed for high reliability and stability. The all welded construction incorporates a double cantilever beam with bonded foil strain gauges. Coupling to the pressure diaphragm via a force rod, gives excellent thermal isolation from the fluid or gas being measured. High overload protection is an integral part of the design. These units are capable of sensing extremely small changes of applied pressure and are relatively insensitive to vibration, altitude and shock.

LT100

Level transmitter with submersible probe in stainless steel for level measurement  in vessels where pressure connection in the bottom of the vessel is not possible or desirable. For example pump pits, reservoirs or plastic tanks.

1200/1600

The 1200 series pressure transducer features stability and toughness via its CVD and ASIC design coupled with a thicker diaphragm. The thicker diaphragm enables these pressure transducer sensors to survive most pressure spikes caused by pump ripple, solenoid valves, etc. The 1600 series extends the packaging options by providing an all welded stainless steel back end for demanding industrial applications. A modular design allows special ordering of fittings, electrical cables, etc. for OEM applications. The ASIC and CVD technology enables Gems™ to offer almost any output over any pressure range.
 

2200/2600

The 2200 series pressure transducer features stability and accuracy in a variety of enclosure options. The 2600 extends the packaging options via an all welded stainless steel back end for demanding submersible and industrial applications. The 2200 and the 2600 pressure transducers feature proven CVD sensing technology, an ASIC (amplified units), and modular packaging to provide a sensor line that can easily accommodate specials while not sacrificing high performance.

4700

The 4700 series provides precise laboratory type measurements in a rugged industrial package complete with turndown capabilities. Exceptional levels of stability and other performance specifications are achieved by using a sputtered sensing element, which achieves a molecular fusion of a strain gauge material, an insulating material, and the 17-4 PH ss sensing element. Sputtered or thin film technology provides years of worry free.

5000

The 5000 series pressure transducer features a sturdy ceramic diaphragm that detects minute pressure variations, while withstanding large pressure spikes. The tough ceramic sensor is housed in a stainless steel case to ensure performance in the most demanding applications. Both voltage and 4-20 mA outputs are available at time of order. A switch and potentiometer can be accessed for field adjustment of range with 3:1 ranging capability.

ATM/F/Ex

The ATM/F series 25 is part of a comprehensive range of transmitters specifically designed for the process industry where the fluids are of a clogging nature requiring a flush mount type of installation. Exceptional reliability is achieved with the high overpressure rating, and the combination of high accuracy and good long term stability offer the user reduced recalibration requirements resulting in a low cost of ownership. Modular design provides manufacturing flexibility and fast delivery.

Piezoresistive measuring element.  Pressure range from -5% till +105% FS until 1:4 adjustable measuring range 0 … 50 mbar and 0 … 1000 bar.  Output signal 4 ... 20 mA.  Calibration available for all common pressure units mH20, mWs, mWC etc.  Adjustable delay.  Reverse polarity and short circuit protected.  Active temperature compensation (option).

TM/Ex

Pressure ranges from 50 mbar to 1000 bar available. Intrinsic safety approval to II 1G EEx ia IIC T3…T6 and II 1D T90°C IP 6X. Ratiometric output signal in addition to input terminal voltage.
