    The Tracker 211 can be directly connected to most popular process sensors including Thermocouple, RTD, 20mA loop Transmitters, DC signals up to 100mV and 10V. Temperature can be displayed in °C or °F to 0.1 degree resolution. Millivolt, 10 Volt and 20mA DC signals can be scaled to engineering units using any portion of the -1999 to 9999 display range.

    T220 Digital Panel Indicators

    The Tracker 220 series indicators have a number of features which make them particularly suitable for the measurement of process signals. Maths functions allow calculations for orifice plate, “V” notch weir flow and rectangular (Cippaletti) weir flow. A filter is available for noisy or fast- moving signals. A 24 point user linearisation facility is provided for applications such as tank contents measurements.

    T240 Load Cell Indicators

    The Tracker 240 series of digital panel indicators are designed specifically for use with load cell transducers and for weighing applications. All the Tracker 240 series models have a 5 digit display and transducer supply plus many software features including tare, offset zeroing, ‘in-flight’ compensation, ‘peak picking’ and extensive alarm functions.  As standard the Tracker 240 series are fitted with an analogue output and an RS 422 /485 communications interface to allow connection to data loggers, chart recorders, PLCs and computers.

    T300 Signal Conditioner

    The Tracker 300 series is a low cost Signal Conditioner, Trip Amplifier and PID Controller, for use in a variety of process applications. Its small size enables high packing density on standard TS35 DIN rail. A built in power supply, transmitter excitation and serial RS485 interface provides genuine single loop integrity with distributed data acquisition and control.

    Full bridge amplifier

    The Model 140 is a remote in-line DC amplifier designed to be used with bridge-type mV output transducers. The amplifier features five user selectable gain settings with a gain accuracy of ±0.5% and offers a wide bandwidth to 100kHz.  The model 140 offers a unique patented auto-zero function that removes any offset drift from the sensor for a more accurate measurement.

    DIN rail amplifier

    The ARD154 is a DIN rail mountable amplifier, which adapts to most strain gage-based load cells, pressure transducers and accelerometers. The bridge supply voltage can be set to 5V or 10V ±10V analogue  output signals or 0/4-20mA current outputs. The covers sensitivity range from 0.1mV/V to 30mV/V. It also allows  connecting four 350 Ω sensors in line with 5V excitation.

    ESAM TRAVELLER 1 is a high-performance digital data acquisition system for amplifying and conditioning of analogue sensor signals. The Master Unit represents the heart of the system. In a very small cabinet it contains: The power supply, the USB-Interface with a  RAM-data buffer, the A/D-Converter as well as 8 modules of Model SGA3 strain gauge bridge amplifiers. The system can easily be extended up to a 32 channels capacity by simply adding  max. 3 Extension Units with 8 channels each of Model SGA3 strain gauge bridge amplifiers.
