    FP1124

    • 0-350 Bar
    • -20° to 130°C range
    • Voltage output
    • Accuracy 0.3%
    • Stainless steel

    FP1124

The FP1124-3 HT Series of pressure transducers is designed specifically to measure pressure on the brake circuit, including ABS brake systems. With its rugged design and excellent thermal characteristics, the FP1124-3 is built to withstand high temperatures to fit most braketest applications. Additional IP67 protection and a bleeder screw ensure ease of use and long life even under severe environmental conditions. The sensor can be powered by a car battery and delivers direct high-level 0.5 to 5.5 Vdc output signal.

  2. P900

    P900

    • 0-10k psi
    • -54° to 150°C range
    • V or mA output
    • Accuracy 1%
    • IP67 protection

    P900

Standard versions of this transducer use a 17-4 PH stainless steel diaphragm to sense pressure (Inconel versions are available for operation in highly corrosive environments). The deflection of the diaphragm is transferred to a double cantilever beam by a force transfer rod. Strain in the beam, and therefore input pressure, is measured by four foil strain gauges. An all-welded construction provides high reliability and stability.

  3. P1200

    P1200

    • 0-10K psi
    • -54 to 120°C range
    • mV, voltage or analogue output
    • Accuracy 0.15%
    • Stainless steel

    P1200

The P1200 Series pressure transducers and transmitters provide high accuracy pressure measurement of liquids and gases.  These robust transducers combine hybrid electronics with highly reliable strain gauge sensing technology to offer superior performance in rugged applications. Constructed from media compatible 17-4 PH stainless steel, the P1200 provides exceptional performance in extreme environments.

  4. P700

    P700

    • 0-10K psi
    • -54° to 120°C range
    • V or mA output
    • Accuracy 0.2%
    • Approval to Ex ia llc T4

    P700

P700 series pressure transducers are designed for high reliability and stability. The all welded construction incorporates a double cantilever beam with bonded foil strain gauges. Coupling to the pressure diaphragm via a force rod, gives excellent thermal isolation from the fluid or gas being measured. High overload protection is an integral part of the design. These units are capable of sensing extremely small changes of applied pressure and are relatively insensitive to vibration, altitude and shock.

  5. P105

    P105

    • 0-60K psi
    • -20° to 80°C range
    • mV output
    • Accuracy 0.3%
    • Stainless steel diaphragm

    P105

The P105 is a high pressure transducer designed to measure static and dynamic pressure under a wide variety of conditions, including hostile environments. The mechanical design and a stainless steel diaphragm allow the sensor to withstand most aggressive liquids.

  6. 1200/1600

    1200/1600

    • 0-6K psi
    • -40° to 125°C range
    • V or mA  output
    • Accuracy 0.5%
    • High overrange

    1200/1600

The 1200 series pressure transducer features stability and toughness via its CVD and ASIC design coupled with a thicker diaphragm. The thicker diaphragm enables these pressure transducer sensors to survive most pressure spikes caused by pump ripple, solenoid valves, etc. The 1600 series extends the packaging options by providing an all welded stainless steel back end for demanding industrial applications. A modular design allows special ordering of fittings, electrical cables, etc. for OEM applications. The ASIC and CVD technology enables Gems™ to offer almost any output over any pressure range.
