The MS1471 is a piezoresistive silicon pressure sensor packaged in a surface mount configuration. It is intended for high volume applications where small size, light weight, low cost, and compatibility with automated assembly equipment are required. Offset and span are calibrated at room temperature for OEMs requiring higher accuracies.
The MS5701 is a new generation of high resolution differential pressure sensors with SPI and I2C bus interface. It is optimized for water level measurement until ~50 cm. The sensor module includes a high linear pressure sensor and a ultra low power 24 bit ΔΣ ADC with internal factory calibrated coefficients.
The MS5561C is a SMD-hybrid device including a precision piezo-resistive pressure sensor and an ADC-Interface IC. It uses a three-wire serial interface for communication. The module dimensions of 4.75 mm x 4.25 mm and a height of only 1.6 mm allows for up-to-date SMD design. It provides a 16 bit data word from a pressure and temperature dependent voltage. The MS5561 is a low power, low voltage device with automatic power down (ON/OFF) switching. A 3-wire interface is used for all communications with a micro-controller.
The DP86 Series differential pressure sensor is a double-sided, media compatible, piezoresistive silicon pressure sensor packaged in a 316L stainless steel housing. The series can be configured for o-ring mounting or threaded process fittings.
The 85 Flush Mount is a small profile, media compatible, piezoresistive silicon pressure sensor packaged in a 316L stainless steel housing. The 85 Flush Mount is designed for o-ring mounting where the diaphragm must not be shrouded by weld ring or fitting. The sensing package utilizes silicon oil to transfer pressure from the 316L stainless steel diaphragm to the sensing element. A ceramic substrate is attached to the package that contains laser-trimmed resistors for temperature compensation and offset correction. An additional laser trimmed resistor is included which can be used to adjust an external differential amplifier and provide span interchangeability to within ±1%.
The MSP100 series pressure transducers provide stainless steel media compatibility for the price of competing plastic sensors. This sensor has no silicone gel or polymeric media isolation methods to fail in contact with water or other harsh chemicals. The all metal diaphragm design is immune to pressure fluctuations and subsequent damage. The all-metal pressure enclosure has a small round plastic housing and is available with a cable and connector. Pressure connections are provided via an O-ring seal. Both compensated/calibrated and uncompensated versions are available. High volume port options are customer specific. The MSP 340 series of pressure transducers is suitable for measurement of liquid or gas pressure, even for difficult media such as contaminated water, steam, and mildly corrosive fluids. The transducer pressure cavity is machined from a solid piece of 174 PH stainless steel. The standard version includes a 1/4 NPT pipe thread allowing a leakproof, all metal sealed system. There are no Orings, welds or organics exposed to the pressure media. The durability is excellent.
The 50 is a piezoresistive silicon pressure sensor packaged in a TO-5 configuration. Absolute pressure ranges from 0-15 to 0-500 psi are available. It is intended for high volume applications where small size, light weight and low cost are required. This design is intended for non-corrosive gases and is not recommended for liquids. A gel filling can be applied to provide mild protection against humidity and dust.

A custom ASIC is used for temperature compensation, offset correction and provides an amplified output of 0.5 to 4.5V.

The MS54XX SMD pressure sensor series is designed for pressure sensor systems with highest demands on resolution and accuracy. The device consists of a silicon micromachined pressure sensor die mounted on a 6.2 x 6.4 mm ceramic carrier or a 6.1 x 6.3 mm PCB protected by a metal or plastic cap. The MS54XX can be delivered in a high sensitivity version giving a maximal output voltage or in a high linearity version.
This series contains both analog output (MS4515/MS4525) and digital output (MS4515DO/MS4525DO) where the digital output versions feature either I²C or SPI interface and provide 14-bit pressure as well as 11-bit temperature sensing.

The MS5607-02BA is a new generation of high resolution altimeter sensors from MEAS Switzerland with SPI and I2C bus interface. It is optimized for altimeters and variometers with an altitude resolution of 20 cm.
