The Model 3255A is a signal conditioned board mountable MEMS accelerometer. The package can be mounted in one of two orientations, allowing the measurement axis to be either parallel or perpendicular to the mounting surface without the use of costly brackets. The accelerometer incorporates integral temperature compensation.
The Model 805M1 is a miniature adhesive mount voltage output accelerometer built on a 3-pin TO-5 header.
The Model 834M1 is a low cost, board mountable triaxial accelerometer designed for high amplitude embedded shock applications. The accelerometer features a maximum current consumption of 22 micro-amps and incorporates full power and signal conditioning.
The Model 3022 is a piezoresistive silicon accelerometer packaged in a ceramic substrate with a sealed ceramic cover. The ceramic provides an excellent bonding surface for the customers application specific adhesive. The accelerometer consists of a micro machined silicon mass suspended by multiple beams from a silicon frame. Piezoresistors located in the beams change their resistance as the motion of the suspended mass changes the strain in the beams. Silicon caps on the top and bottom of the device are added to provide overrange stops. This design provides for a very low profile, high shock resistance, durability and built-in damping over a wide usable bandwidth. For an accelerometer with a mounting bracket designed to bolt the sensor to a mounting location, see the Model 3028. Please refer to the Models 3052 and 3058 for accelerometers with integral temperature compensation.
The Model 3052 is a piezoresistive silicon accelerometer with integral temperature compensation. It is packaged on a ceramic substrate with an epoxy sealed ceramic cover and is designed for adhesive mounting. The accelerometer consists of a micro machined silicon mass suspended by multiple beams from a silicon frame. Piezoresistors located in the beams change their resistance as the motion of the suspended mass changes the strain in the beams. Silicon caps on the top and bottom of the device are added to provide over-range stops.
The Model 3038 is a hermetically sealed SMD accelerometer designed for high performance applications. The accelerometer incorporates a 2nd generation piezoresistive MEMS sensing element providing outstanding long-term stability. The Model 3038 provides a mV output signal and features mechanical overload stops that provide shock protection to 10,000g.
The Model 805 is a miniature adhesive mount IEPE accelerometer built on a 3-pin TO-5 header. The accelerometer features a hermetic construction in a TO-5 header configuration. The model 805 incorporates a stable piezo-ceramic crystal and an integrated charge converter amplifier in a 100% shielded housing suitable for many embedded OEM applications.
The Model 834 is a low cost, board mountable triaxial accelerometer designed for high amplitude embedded shock applications. The accelerometer features a maximum current consumption of 4 micro-amps and incorporates full power and signal conditioning.
The Model 3028 is a piezoresistive silicon accelerometer packaged on a ceramic substrate with a metal bracket which can be used to bolt the sensor to the mounting location. The accelerometer consists of a micro machined silicon mass suspended by multiple beams from a silicon frame.
