    ESAM TRAVELLER 1 is a high-performance digital data acquisition system for amplifying and conditioning of analogue sensor signals. The Master Unit represents the heart of the system. In a very small cabinet it contains: The power supply, the USB-Interface with a  RAM-data buffer, the A/D-Converter as well as 8 modules of Model SGA3 strain gauge bridge amplifiers. The system can easily be extended up to a 32 channels capacity by simply adding  max. 3 Extension Units with 8 channels each of Model SGA3 strain gauge bridge amplifiers.

    The Model 101 is a new, 3-Channel DC Signal Conditioner Amplifier designed to be used with bridge type or differential output accelerometers and pressure transducers. The Model 101 incorporates variable gain adjustment, shunt calibration capability, and multiple excitation level settings.

    The Model 161 series is a 4-channel signal conditioning amplifier designed to be used with piezoelectric accelerometers (IEPE or Charge) and most other piezoelectric based transducers. The Model 161 series incorporates front-panel controlled gain adjustments, multiple high-pass and low-pass filter settings, and it is capable of displaying IEEE 1451.4 TEDS information.

    Sample rates up to 1000 Hz andresolutions up to 19 bit are possible depending on the module and signaltype used. Standardized communication protocols (Profibus-DP andModbus-RTU) allow the e.bloxx family to work with a wide variety ofapplication hardware and software.

    With the addition of an e.gate the data throughput and connectivity options increase dramatically. The e.gate is a data concentrator and communication gateway, with 100 Mbps Ethernet and 12 Mbps Profibus-DP ports standard.

    The e.rack slimline is a low profile rack mount design, and easily connects to the wide variety of field devices used in today's test beds.  Sample rates up to 1000Hz and resolutions up to 19bit are possible depending on the unit and signal type used.

    The 464kB is a 3-stage non-blocking solid state switching system which can provide the equivalent of a 256 x 256 rectangular coordinate switch with 65,536 cross points while using only 24,064 cross points. It uses 63% less cross points than a 256 x 256 rectangular coordinate switch, providing significant economy for large switching systems. This economy, as well as one-third the capacitive loading, is the main advantage of 3-stage switching systems.

    The 464kB uses its test subsystem to verify the system integrity. A Go/No-Go test checks the integrity of the current setup. Running the FAT (Factory Acceptance Test) exhaustively tests all possible switch settings and reports which plug-in modules are defective.

    The PF-1U-FA series is a multi-channel programmable filter/amplifier system in a compact rack mountable or bench top package. Fully programmable 8-channel and 16-channel configurations are available in high performance or standard configurations.  The standard PF-1U-FA configuration offers 4-pole low-pass filters with five programmable cutoffs and gain programmable to x 1,024.

    The high performance PF-1U-FA offers a choice of 4 or 8-pole low-pass and band-pass filters with cutoffs programmable from 1 Hz to 204.6 kHz. The high performance PF-1U-FA has an upgraded wideband (500 kHz) low-noise amplifier with transducer DC
    suppress capability. Gain is programmable to x 8,192.
