    Miniature Load Cell

    The ELHS load cell is a compact package able to fit into many applications where others cannot. 

    The low noise Wheatstone bridge consists of piezoresistive strain gages which provide 200 mV of typical full scale output with a compact design, an extreme stiffness and superior resolution. The ELHS is provided with either SAE or metric threads for tension and compression applications.

    Care should be exercised to isolate your ELHS from off-axis loads. The ELHS is a Poisson column design providing low full scale input deflection and superior resolution. Designed specifically to provide high resolution and low deflection. 

    The ELHS can be configured with a variety of options to fine tune the instrument to your application: select from several standard compensated temperature ranges, input voltages, lead lengths or specify entirely unique combinations of these options.

    Miniature Load Cells

    The ELHM load cell is a compact package able to fit into many applications where others cannot. 

    When compact design and superior stability are required, the ELHM load cell is the sensor for your application. The ELHM is provided with either SAE or metric threads for tension and compression applications. 

    Care should be exercised to isolate your ELHM from off-axis loads.  The ELHM is a Poisson column design providing low full scale input deflection and superior stability for longer term measurements. Designed specifically to provide high zero stability, the ELFM is rated for a cycle life expectancy of typically 1 x 106 0-FS cycles of zero to full rated load. 

    The ELHM can be configured with a variety of different options to fine tune the instrument to your application: select from several standard compensated temperature ranges, input voltages, lead lengths or specify entirely unique combinations of these options.

    TE CONNECTIVITY’s washer load cell, model FMT, is designed to measure clamping and screwing forces. The sensor design reduces the hysteresis and sensitivity variations associated with torque generated by friction during tightening. The FMT has a high stiffness and can be used in static and dynamic applications.

    Compression Miniature Load Cell

    The XFL212R series is an extraordinarily thin miniature load cell with a temperature compensation module integrated into the output cable. This design allows TE CONNECTIVITY to manufacture extremely small sensors without sacrificing thermal zero and sensitivity performance.

    The XFL212R measures strain during compression in static and dynamic applications. Unlike sensors with flat force application surfaces, the XFL212R incorporates a spherical load button, which assures more precise loading and in return more accurate measurements. 

    The sensing element is fitted with a fully temperature compensated Wheatstone bridge equipped with high stability micro-machined silicon strain gages. The use of silicon strain gages optimizes its performance at low ranges and frequencies. The sensor is available in aluminum alloy or stainless steel, depending on the full scale range and can withstand considerable overloads.

    Compression Miniature Load Cell

    The XFL225D is a very flat miniature load cell with a temperature compensation module integrated into the output cable. This design allows TE CONNECTIVITY to manufacture extremely small sensors without sacrificing thermal zero and sensitivity performance.

    The sensing element is fitted with a fully temperature compensated Wheatstone bridge equipped with high stability micro-machined silicon strain gages.

    The XFL225D can withstand considerable overloads and measure strain during compression in static and dynamic applications. A strain relief spring strengthens the cable output. This sensor is available in a load washer model (the diameter of the hole is 8.2 mm) to measure bolt tightening forces.
